FKN Nuts makes three small-batch spicy in-shell pistachio flavors: Ghost Ranch (ghost pepper ranch), Devil's Dillight (dill pickle jalapeño), and Seoul Reaper (Korean BBQ Carolina Reaper). All three are handcrafted in small batches in Austin, TX, roasted in avocado oil, and seasoned with real peppers instead of artificial flavoring.

Yes. Every flavor uses real peppers. Devil's Dillight uses real jalapeño. Ghost Ranch uses real ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia). Seoul Reaper uses real Carolina Reaper. No artificial heat flavoring, no capsaicin extract shortcuts. The pepper is listed by name in the ingredients on every bag.

FKN Nuts roasts all three flavors in avocado oil. Avocado oil has a high smoke point, a clean neutral flavor, and distributes seasoning evenly without leaving a greasy residue. Most mass-market nut brands use cheaper seed oils. Avocado oil is one of the reasons the seasoning on FKN Nuts actually sticks and delivers.

All FKN Nuts flavors are sold in-shell. In-shell roasting lets the seasoning penetrate into the crack between the shell and the nut, so the flavor hits your fingers when you crack it and the nut itself when you eat it. FKN Nuts only makes in-shell pistachios because shelled nuts can't deliver the same layered flavor experience.

Seoul Reaper is the hottest. It's made with real Carolina Reaper, Ghost Ranch sits in the middle with real ghost pepper, and Devil's Dillight is the mildest with jalapeño. Our seasoning blends balance the pepper, so we don't go by raw pepper Scoville numbers. If you're new to spicy snacks, start with Devil's Dillight, then Ghost Ranch, then Seoul Reaper.

All three FKN Nuts flavors contain no gluten ingredients. Pistachios are naturally gluten-free, and the seasonings use pepper-based spices, avocado oil, and vinegar-derived ingredients without any wheat. The facility may also process wheat, so people with celiac disease or a serious gluten sensitivity should check the label before purchasing.
